2008 Rates & Reservations
Effective Jan. 1, 2008

Rates based on single or double occupancy. Each extra person or pet adds $10 per night or $60 per week.

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY
Faraway Inn welcomes well behaved pets. Pets must have current vaccinations and flea/tick control. Must be under control at all times and may not to be left alone in room if they bark excessively or are destructive. You are responsible for liability issues or damage arising from your pet. Pet waste removal bags are located throughout the property. You must clean up after your pet.

FESTIVALS and HOLIDAYS
Rates may be higher with 2, 3 or 4 night minimum stays required.

RESERVATION GUARANTEE
A Visa or MasterCard number and expiration date is required to reserve your stay. Reservations made 6 months or more in advance will require a non-refundable deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation for nightly stays can be made up to 3 days before arrival date, without penalty (policy is more restrictive during festivals and holidays). Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival date will be responsible for any nights we are not able to fill that reservation.

Stays of 7 nights or more and group bookings may cancel up to 14 days before arrival date without penalty (policy is more restrictive during festivals and holidays). Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date will be responsible for any nights we are not able to fill that reservation.

Monthly stay reservations & major storms are dealt with individually.

No-call No-show billed as above.

Cancellations by telephone only, email cancels not accepted.

State and local sales tax will be added to all rates. All rates and terms are subject to change.

Cottages (1, 2, 3, 4)

2008 Rate: $160 per night / $960 per week (Cottage 1); $150 per night / $900 per week (Cottages 2, 3, 4)

• Separate buildings/approx. 480 sq. ft. each
• Air conditioning, 2 ceiling fans, and heat
• 2 full size Serta Dream Sleep beds w/ 14" thick mattresses, and soft cozy sheets and blanket
• Full size refrigerator with freezer
• Microwave and toaster
• Coffee maker 12-cup - 2 coffees/filters/sugar/creamer
• Stove/oven and stainless steel pots and pans
• Dining table, seating and place setting for 6
• Living area has a full size futon couch/bed
• Cable TV and VCR (FREE movies in office)
• Music system - CD, cassette, AM/FM, records and alarm clock
• Sizeable bathrooms w/ handheld shower message, pedestal sink and oversized towels

Cottages are all an open floor plan with a 3/4-height wall separating the living area from the bedroom area

Special Notes

• Cottages 1, 2 and 3 have a bathtub/shower combination
• Cottage 4 has tiled stand-up shower.

Captain’s Quarters

2008 Rate: $140 per night / $840 per week

• Separate buildings/approx. 480 sq. ft. each
• Air conditioning, 2 ceiling fans, and heat

• Full size refrigerator with freezer

Gulf View Rooms are an interior open floor plan with separate semi private porches w/ spectacular sunset views

Special Notes

• Gulf View Rooms are completely tiled
• Gulf View Room 10 does not have a futon
• Gulf View Room 11 has1 Queen size Serta Dream Sleep bed w/ 14" thick mattress

2008 Rate: $90 per night / $540 per week

• Attached building with separate rooms and separate exterior entrances
• Air conditioning, ceiling fan, and heat
• 1 full size Serta Dream Sleep beds w/ 14" thick mattresses, and soft cozy sheets and blanket
• 5' refrigerator with freezer
• Stove/oven
• Microwave and toaster
• Coffee maker 12-cup - 2 coffees/filters/sugar/creamer
• Breakfast table, seating and place setting for 2
• Cable TV and VCR (FREE movies in office)

• Rooms 8 and 9 have an adjoining door between rooms that can be kept open or closed by locking. This combination works well for two traveling couples or mom and dad in one room with kids in the other.

Motel Rooms (6 and 8)

2008 Rate: $75 per night / $450 per week
